How Our Swim Lessons Work

All of our kids’ swimming lessons in Virginia Beach, VA follow a structured, teacher-led format built around The Science of SwimPlay®, a safety-based curriculum that moves children through a clear, progressive sequence of water skills. Each 30-minute lesson builds directly on the one before it, so development is continuous rather than episodic.
