Meet Survival Swim, Rooted in Trust

We’re proud to offer The F.L.O.A.T. Method, a safety-focused survival swim program designed to teach children (12 months through 4 years) how to self-recover and float on their back after an accidental fall into water. This program is rooted in our philosophy of building and nurturing trust to condition this critical survival response they’ll never outgrow.

Note: Program is only offered at participating locations.

Our one-on-one program is separate from group classes, and designed for rapid progress with short 10-minute lessons, multiple times a week. Most families see results in just weeks, and most children are ready to integrate into our group lessons after completing the program. You’ll be amazed at what they can learn as young as 12 months. If you’re interested in our signature, safety-focused survival swim program, we’d love to chat more!

Testimonials

“My son has been in the F.L.O.A.T. program for about 18 weeks, and it’s been one of the best decisions we’ve made. Before, I was always nervous around water because he has no fear and would jump right in without thinking. Now, the skills have become second nature—he doesn’t panic and just knows what to do. That’s given me so much peace of mind as a parent. I’m so grateful we signed him up. It’s made a huge difference for our family, and I would absolutely recommend the F.L.O.A.T. program to any parent who wants their child to feel confident and safe in the water.”

“We started the F.L.O.A.T. program when our daughter was just 14 months old. Within a few weeks she was calmly floating on her back. The instructors are so patient and the one-on-one attention made all the difference. Every parent with young children near water should enroll — it truly could save a life.”

“Watching my son float independently for the very first time — I was in tears. The instructors built his trust week by week with so much patience and kindness. He now looks forward to every lesson. The F.L.O.A.T. Method is worth every minute and I recommend it to every parent I know.”
