A Letter to Our Goldfish Family
To our Goldfish Families and Teams,
We want to take this time to extend the most genuine of thank you’s to each and every one of you. Every day, we are so incredibly grateful for your trust and support. It’s because of you that Goldfish Swim School has been able to reopen our doors and dive back into what we love doing each and every day – teaching the children of our communities to be safer in and around the water.
To our Goldfish Families:
We may be the swim instructors, but you – your family, your children – have taught us so much. Your commitment to our schools and our mission has allowed us to stay focused on building a community, a swim family, that you are proud to be a part of. You’ve helped us uphold all of our safety protocols – from PPE to social distancing to limited capacities – and you’ve been so conscientious and respectful of each other. It’s because of your loyalty, feedback and respect that we have been able to reopen and truly be Safer. Stronger. Together.®
To Our Goldfish Teams:
We thank each and every dedicated team member and owner, who’ve been teaching, cleaning and keeping everyone safe. Your commitment to your students, their families and your community is truly something special. Your passion for helping the children of your communities learn to be safer in and around the water shows with every air-high-five and masked smile you give. You haven’t let the necessary changes slow down your swimmers’ progress; instead, you’ve continued to go above and beyond with every detail, and we want you to know it shows. We are so grateful for your dedication and hard work.
Unfortunately, drowning remains the number one cause of unintentional injury-related death among children ages 1-4, taking the lives of three children in the United States every day. With all of your help, we’ve been able to remain committed to making a difference to help lower these staggering statistics.
Drowning doesn’t stop for a pandemic, and neither do we. As we enter another wave of uncertainty, our focus is on keeping your family, your friends’ families and all families safe as we teach children across the country a lifesaving skill – always has been, and always will be!
We know that during this time of year, it’s common to reflect on what we are grateful for, count our blessings and give thanks to those who have impacted our lives. And while the season of gratitude and thankfulness is here, we want you to know that we are grateful for you every single day.
You are all an important part of the Goldfish Family. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you.
Swimcerely,
Chris & Jenny McCuiston
