Swim Instructor
- 7 hours of virtual training and practical application, curated by our Franchise Office curriculum experts
- 24+ hours of live, in-water training, building expertise through guidance from an experienced, qualified instructor ("Golden Teacher")
- Passionate about instilling lifelong safety skills to children in their community
Deck Supervisor
- Prerequisites: Swim Instructor training and experience, Lifeguard certification and experience
- 8 hours of virtual training, safety protocol review, and facility action plan education, designed by our Franchise Office safety and curriculum experts
- 18+ hours of live, experiential learning to ensure concepts and procedures are absorbed and mastered
- Committed to fostering a safer, supportive environment while providing a Golden Experience for parents and swimmers from start to finish
Lifeguard
- 15+ hours of virtual and in-person training through the certifying body Ellis & Associates (U.S.) or The Lifesaving Society (CAN)
- Pass a skills and written exam proving mastery in aquatic rescues and basic life support, including CPR, AED, and First Aid for adults, children and infants
- Dedicated to maintaining a safer environment for members and guests both in and out of the pool

Pro Competitive Swimming Lessons in a Swim Team Format for Kids Ages 5 – 12 Years Old in Germantown, Memphis, Collierville, and the Surrounding AreasÂ
Once your child has mastered our pro swim levels, they will have the exciting opportunity to join our Goldfish Swim Force swim team! This is a fun, friendly team environment where students continue to work on their swim skills, while building character and confidence along the way. Our in-water coaches train and encourage swimmers between the ages of 5 and 12 to master the four major swim strokes. These sessions are one hour, once a week, with a swim meet once per quarter. The recreational swim team is an opportunity to hone skills further and to get a feel for for those who are interested in moving into youth sports.Â
Perfect for graduates of our Pro Level lessons, this recreational swim team focuses on enhancing the four key strokes – freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. Weekly practices and quarterly meets help swimmers grow in both skill and confidence. Our swim team helps foster a growth of swimming skills and take them to the next level.
