We have had (and continue to have) a wonderful experience with Goldfish! Our little one was nervous when she first started out, and the teachers and leaders were so patient and kind working with her to get more comfortable - now she begs to go to swim class.

Extremely disappointed I purchased a 4 months package from this swim school, and the entire experience has been so frustrating and disappointing. First, the website and app are practically unusable. Since I took a package, I was told that at the price of 16 classes, I will get 20 classes. But their App and website are completely useless as there's no way to see how many classes I've taken or how many remain in my package. I had to guess just to track my own account. Secondly, when my package was about to end, they automatically charged my card again without any notice or consent. No email, no heads-up, nothing. When asked what this amount is for they said my package ends and the monthly enrolment started automatically and the amount is towards those classes which I have not even asked for. I was not looking for any continuing classes and that why I took a package. When I asked the front desk staff as to how can this be done without my consent they are saying it's their policy which apparently I signed. These policies are unilateral and standard ones which the customer has no say or way. And I have thoroughly read the policy and there is no clause which says that once a package ends then classes will automatically convert to monthly classes. The customer service was horrible and eventually I have to pay the amount that they said or else I will be committing theft according to them for the classes that I have not even enrolled and not attended. I would not recommend this swim school to anyone if you don't want to waste your money or time.
