We’ve had a wonderful experience with Goldfish Swim School. The instructor, Callia, is incredibly warm and patient, which has made a big difference in building confidence in the water. We’ve seen noticeable progress in such a short time. The warm water is perfect and makes lessons even more enjoyable. The facilities are well organized and always clean, and the staff is truly amazing—from the deck managers to the front desk team. Everyone is welcoming, professional, and attentive. We absolutely love this swim school! The teachers, especially Gideon, Maher, and Melanie are incredibly patient, kind, and truly care about the kids. It’s always such a positive experience — my children look forward to their swim lessons every single week. The bathrooms are always clean, the showers have warm water and shampoo/body wash, blow dryers work and everything is so well maintained. The front desk staff are super welcoming and helpful every time we come in. Most importantly, the swim teachers are amazing! My kids really enjoy learning with them and have made so much progress while having fun. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend this swim school to everyone.

Good availability of classes, clean facility. All of the instructors we interacted with were patient with our toddler; I was especially impressed with Ms. Wren, who was clear and attentive in her instruction.

We have been coming to this location for at least a year. My children love going to swim class. My son and I attend family swim almost every week which is an hour of free swim from 12-1pm. They have family swim every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. If you go to family swim on Friday evenings, there’s a small fee. My children have definitely improved their swimming skills. My daughter is a confident swimmer and these past months, my son has improved so much and moved up several levels. Coach Gideon is very patient and has the skills to teach young children. W love him! They have plenty of changing rooms (although they could add more big rooms), several bathrooms with showers and plenty of chairs for parents so they can watch their children swim. However, it is very packed during evening swim class during the week. It can feel crowded. I take my son during the day and it’s so nice because there are only 3-5 families. There’s parking but if you are running late you may need to park a little further from the door. There’s also a lot of small snacks for sale, coffee and extra swimsuits and googles if you need to purchase. All in all, it is a pleasant location and all the staff have been so kind and helpful.

The instructors and the actual learning experience are great. I have issues with the location. It has lots of small problems. The bathroom soap dispensers are often empty or dispense a tiny amount. The showers that the kids use to rinse don't get warm. One or two of the hairdryers are missing or not working. There are two machines parents can use to quickly dry swimsuits, but one has been broken for months. Two of the bathrooms are dark. The free shampoo dispensers near the showers seem to be empty when I forget to bring my own. A second sign in kiosk would be appreciated.
