Coach Kim

General Manager | VP Head of Development

With over 7 years of Goldfish experience, Miss Kim is all about giving your family the GOLDEN experience!  She’s your go-to gal for any questions, concerns, or even just a friendly chat at the front desk.

Miss Kim loves watching our swimmers grow and succeed — it’s what makes her day shine! Her goal is to make sure every member and staff feels seen, heard, and part of the Goldfish family, building relationships filled with integrity, compassion, and trust.

Coach Jeff

Assistant General Manager | Swimologist | Certified Lifeguard Instructor

Mr. Jeff wears many hats at Goldfish — literally and figuratively! He’s our Assistant General Manager, Lifeguard Instructor, and Certified Swimologist.

As our Lifeguard Instructor, Mr. Jeff keeps safety front and center, training our team in first aid, CPR, and lifeguarding to make sure our pool stays a safe (and fun!) place for everyone.

He’s also a Certified Swimologist, trained by our corporate team to master the Goldfish curriculum. Thanks to him, our staff always will be ready to dive in and make a splash with your swimmers providing amazing lesson quality and progress!

Coach Kaylie

Assistant General Manager

New to management but definitely not new to Goldfish, Miss Kaylie brings over 4 years of customer service experience and a big heart for helping families!  She’s all about delivering WOW customer service — whether she’s on the deck or behind the desk.

Goldfish holds a special place in her heart — her own daughter started here as a total beginner and now swims competitively with Diamond State Aquatics! Miss Kaylie can’t wait to share that same amazing experience with your family.

Coach Alexander

Swim Instructor | Deck Supervisor | Deck Assistant | Front Desk | Lifeguard

Coach Alexander comes to us from Chichester High School and brings a passion for learning, teaching, and helping others grow—both in and out of the pool! In his free time, he enjoys playing chess, hitting the tennis courts, going for hikes, and studying cybersecurity. He was drawn to Goldfish because he understands how important it is for children to learn to swim safely. Coach Alexander wants to make sure every child has the skills and confidence to stay safe in and around water, while also opening the door for them to enjoy more fun and active experiences. He describes himself as dedicated, persistent, and adaptable, and we can already see those qualities shining through.

Coach Blue

Swim Instructor | Lifeguard | Deck Assistant | Deck Supervisor

Coach Blue currently goes to Mount Pleasant High School and hopes to attend Elon University to study Forensics/Criminal Justice.

Her favorite things include running, exercising, shopping, and spending time with friends. Blue joined Goldfish because she loves kids, meeting new people, and being in the water.

She describes herself as funny, loud, and outgoing – and she brings that energy to every shift! 

Coach Skye

Swim Instructor | Lifeguard

Coach Skye is a nursing student at Delaware State University. In her free time, she enjoys reading, participating in marching band, and going shopping. Skye loves swimming and teaching, making Goldfish Swim School the perfect place for her. Coach Skye describes herself as bubbly, compassionate, and patient, and we’re excited to have her positive energy and caring personality on our team! 

Coach Wyatt

Swim Instructor

Coach Wyatt brings a friendly and encouraging presence to every swim lesson. He is a graduate of Garnet Valley High School and will be attending Penn State University, where he plans to study Early Childhood Education. Wyatt is passionate about becoming a teacher and is excited to gain experience working with children in a fun and supportive environment. He believes in helping kids learn, grow, and build confidence while enjoying their time in the water. Wyatt is calm, friendly, and passionate, creating a welcoming space for every swimmer. Outside of the pool, he enjoys bowling, hiking, biking, and camping.

Coach Brenna

Swim Instructor | Lifeguard

Coach Brenna is a student at Concord High School and hopes to become a nurse in the future. When she’s not in school, she enjoys playing soccer and field hockey, swimming, and spending time with friends. Brenna loves working with kids and appreciates the welcoming community at Goldfish Swim School, making it the perfect fit for her. Coach Brenna describes herself as kind, caring, and friendly, and we’re excited to have her positive energy and warm personality on our team! 

Coach Maria

Swim Instructor | Front Desk | Lifeguard

Coach Maria is a student at John Dickinson High School who enjoys painting in her free time. She loves helping people and is excited to share her kindness and support with children at Goldfish Swim School. Coach Maria describes herself as friendly, empathetic, and helpful, and we’re thrilled to have her positive attitude and caring personality on our team!

Coach Steph

Swim Instructor | Lifeguard | Deck Assistant

Coach Steph is a student at Concord High School and hopes to attend the University of Delaware. She enjoys field hockey, tennis, and spending time with friends and family. Steph wants to become a teacher in the future, and she loves working with kids because swimming is so much fun! Her kind, patient, and funny personality makes her a joy to have on the pool deck. We’re so excited to welcome Coach Steph to our North Wilmington team!

Coach Ryan

Swim Instructor | Lifeguard | Deck Assistant

Coach Ryan is a student at Chichester High School. When he’s not in school, he enjoys wrestling and watching his favorite shows. Ryan is passionate about helping kids learn how to swim and feel confident in the water, making Goldfish Swim School a great fit for him. Coach Ryan describes himself as loud, energetic, and ambitious, and we’re excited to have his high energy and enthusiasm on our team!

Coach Nora

Swim Instructor | Lifeguard

Coach Nora is a student at the University of Delaware, currently pursuing a degree in K–8 Education. She has a passion for working with children and creating a positive, engaging environment for learning and growth. 

Nora grew up swimming and was a member of her high school swim team, and she still absolutely loves being in the water. In her free time, she enjoys dancing, swimming, and spending time with friends. Known for her fun, bubbly, and kind personality, Coach Nora brings great energy and enthusiasm to everything she does.

Coach Avery

Swim Instructor | Lifeguard

Coach Avery is a student at Concord High School. In her free time, she enjoys shopping, hanging out with friends, and watching TV. Avery loves kids and swimming, making Goldfish Swim School the perfect place for her. Coach Avery describes herself as funny, caring, and kind, and we’re excited to have her positive energy and friendly personality on our team! 

Coach Lucy

Swim Instructor | Lifeguard | Deck Assistant

Coach Lucy is a student at Mount Pleasant High School and hopes to attend Coastal Carolina University to study early childhood education. When she’s not in school, she enjoys playing volleyball and swimming during the summer. Coach Lucy loves working with kids and was drawn to Goldfish Swim School as a great opportunity to help teach children how to be safe and confident in and around the water. She describes herself as kind, funny, and hardworking, and we’re excited to have her positive attitude and enthusiasm as part of the team!

Coach Aniyah

Swim Instructor | Lifeguard

Coach Aniyah is a passionate and caring mentor who loves helping others grow in and out of the water. She graduated from William Penn High School and studied Animal Science at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.

Aniyah enjoys spending time with her family, dancing, and trying new foods. With a deep love for swimming, she takes pride in sharing her knowledge and building confidence in every swimmer she works with. Known for being kind, empathetic, and a kid at heart, she creates a fun and supportive environment for all.

Coach Rylee

Swim Instructor | Lifeguard

Coach Rylee is a student at Brandywine High School and hopes to attend Penn State to become a pediatrician. She enjoys playing field hockey and lacrosse and has a big love for dogs! Coach Rylee chose to work at Goldfish because she loves working with kids and wants to pursue a career helping them in the future. She describes herself as caring, funny, and kind, and we’re so excited to have her on our North Wilmington team!

Coach Courtney

Swim Instructor

Coach Courtney brings creativity and enthusiasm to every swim lesson. She earned her associate’s degree from the University of Delaware and is currently pursuing a degree in education at DelTech, with the goal of becoming a teacher. Her passion for working with children shines through in her positive and engaging teaching style. Courtney loves helping kids learn, grow, and build confidence both in and out of the water. She is creative, motivated, and optimistic, creating a fun and supportive environment for every swimmer. Outside the pool, she enjoys making art, cooking, and weightlifting.

Coach Erin

Swim Instructor | Lifeguard

Coach Erin is a student at Concord High School and plans to study business and physiology in college. She enjoys staying active through dance, cheer, tennis, and swimming. Coach Erin loves working with younger children and is passionate about helping swimmers grow their confidence and skills in the water. 

Known for being energetic, social, and dependable, she is excited to be part of the team at Goldfish Swim School and looks forward to creating a fun and encouraging experience for every swimmer and family.

Coach Isabella

Swim Instructor | Lifeguard

Coach Isabella is a student at Brandywine High School and hopes to attend the University of Virginia to study criminal justice. When she’s not in school, she enjoys baking, reading, cheerleading, and playing lacrosse. Isabella loves working with kids and spending time in the water, making Goldfish Swim School a perfect fit for her. Coach Isabella describes herself as kind, funny, and understanding, and we’re excited to have her positive attitude and friendly personality on our team!

Coach Khalia

Swim Instructor

Coach Khalia is currently a senior at St. George’s Tech and plans to attend Hampton University to study pre-med biology, with hopes of becoming a neonatologist. She enjoys reading, baking, and making bracelets in her free time. Coach Khalia was drawn to Goldfish because her little sister attends a location, and she loved the fun, welcoming atmosphere. She describes herself as caring, supportive, and funny, and we’re thrilled to have her join our North Wilmington team!
