My two oldest children are taking swim lessons at Goldfish and are loving it! They were both nervous when they started and now are much more confident in the water and look forward to going. The team at the service desk is always friendly and helpful and the instructors are wonderful! We’ve had Ms. Susie and Ms. Destiny and a couple of fill in’s. They were all so kind and great at teaching the kids necessary skills. Would highly recommend Goldfish!

This was my first time attending and I loved it. I stood in for my granddaughters parents and I was very impressed. The staff was nice, the building was neat, their system in place ran smoothly. I would have to say that my son and daughter in love made a great choice.

This has been an great experience for me and my little. I enjoy seeing him interacting with others. It's been nice to know he's leaning. I'm so happy that I have these memories with him. And thanks to the staff, it's a warm and inviting environment. I love that the coach is very patient and so happy and helpful. Thanks again for a remarkable experience. Highly recommend!!!!!

Reached out for information for corporate after the Goldfish Scam School in Covington. Left a callback number and email for updates or at least a good number or name I can refer to speak with corporate and I’m left with nothing. I hope it doesn’t happen to this location but they WILL just close down without a week’s number and keep your money.

Terrible experience with this swim school. Things started out okay, but over time my child became terrified of the water. The biggest issue, however, was how the make-up classes were handled. I was originally told that I had one year to use any missed classes. When I contacted them within that one-year period to schedule a make-up class, I was informed that because my child was no longer actively enrolled, I could not use the classes I had already paid for. As a result, I lost about $70 in unused lessons. Their solution was for me to re-enroll and pay additional fees before being allowed to use the credit I had already purchased. That felt unfair and misleading. Overall, the experience was frustrating from beginning to end. Between the issues with my child's comfort in the water and the confusion surrounding the make-up policy, I cannot recommend this school.
