We love this place for our 2 year old. The facility is immaculate with a large family changing room and spacious viewing area. The pool is very warm to ensure comfort. Tons of staff— today it was two instructors for 3 children with additional lifeguards around the pool deck. There’s also an organized curriculum for each age group

Great staff, patient with the kids. The water is kept warm and comfortable. Clean changing areas and showering station. No idea what the lady complaining about being on the pool deck is complaining about because she clearly cannot read the signs that say do not enter the pool deck.

We have been very happy with this place. My children came in without much swim experience and by lesson #4, my 6 year old is swimming. My younger child is getting more confident in the pool as well. All the staff is very nice and the facility is clean. Everything is tailored towards making this a stress free and fun experience for kids. Would definitely recommend!

Wanted to join, went in and asked about midafternoon availability. All I received was “no.” Not that you may offer in the future or try to help with other times, just “no.” I figured if you guys wanted business you’d be more accommodating.

Although the facility is set up very well, I’m very disappointed in the response to my concerns. We registered, and paid, for a seat in the class months in advance. We didn’t receive “what to expect” or any other info until a few days prior. Nothing stated we would not be allowed in with our child. We showed up the first day, excited, as our girl LOVES to swim and be in the water…. Only to find out we couldn’t be in there with her. I immediately told the staff she would never be comfortable with that. They encouraged us to stay and watch in case she changed her mind. She didn’t, We asked her if she wanted to go this week and she insisted only if we could be in the water with her. I went ahead and withdrew her from the course since it wasn’t as expected and she refuses to go without one of us, only to get the response that we gave to give a 30 day notice! How could we Do that before the course even started! So now I have to lay 120 for a class we didn’t even take one of! I understand cancellation polices but also feel for a new business that has no way of seeing it before you buy, there should be exceptions. Very disappointed. IF your child isn’t afraid to go in without you, then this is absolutely for you! I feel like there should be empathy for a kid who didn’t know what they were required to do before The first day and is scared of strangers.

I went to tour the facility because I was curious about the program. A very kind employee from the front desk welcomed me in and gave me information about Goldfish. We started having a side conversation then she had to go talk to other customers that walked in. I walked on to the pool deck alone and a manager came in yelling and speaking to me in a nasty tone telling me to get off her pool deck. I was completely shocked that a manager would speak to a customer like that. It made me not even want to sign my son up for lessons. She could’ve asked me nicely to leave the pool area but she didn’t.
