Melissa L.

General Manager

Hi, my name is Melissa, and I’ve been part of the Goldfish family since March 2025! 🧡 My journey working with children began at a Montessori school, where I discovered my passion for helping little ones grow, learn, and develop new skills. I truly love what I do and feel so grateful for all the wonderful connections I’ve made with our families since joining Goldfish!

One of my favorite parts of my job is watching a child have that special “aha!” moment when a new skill finally clicks. Seeing their confidence grow and celebrating each milestone along the way is what makes it all so rewarding!

When I’m not helping our amazing swim families, you can find me at home with my little boy, who is my whole world and keeps life full of love, laughter, and adventure. 💙

Alexus H.

Assistant General Manager

Hello! My name is Alexus Haynes, and I’m proud to be part of the Goldfish Swim School family as an Assistant General Manager of Sales. With about eight years of experience in the swim industry, I’m passionate about building meaningful relationships with families, helping children gain confidence in the water, and creating positive experiences for everyone who walks through our doors.

I love meeting new people, making others laugh, and bringing positive energy to the team. I believe that creating a welcoming environment and building strong connections with families are essential to making every swim journey special.

Outside of work, I’m also a baker who loves creating sweet treats and experimenting with new recipes. Baking is one of my favorite ways to express my creativity and bring a little extra sweetness to those around me!

I’m excited to continue growing with Goldfish Swim School, supporting our amazing team, and helping create an environment where every family feels welcomed, supported, and ready to make a splash!

William N.

Assistant General Manager

Hi everyone! My name is William, and I’m so excited to be part of the Goldfish Swim School team as Assistant General Manager! With over six years of experience in aquatics, I’ve had the opportunity to grow in swim instruction, water safety, staff leadership, and aquatic facility operations. Throughout my journey, I’ve developed a true passion for creating safe, welcoming, and fun environments where swimmers can build confidence and reach their full potential.

I love working with both staff and families, building meaningful connections, and helping create positive experiences that extend beyond the pool. For me, aquatics is about more than swimming,  it’s about confidence, community, and making a lasting impact on others.

When I’m not at the pool, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, exploring new interests, and finding opportunities to have fun, laugh, and make memories. I’m someone who loves bringing positive energy wherever I go, and I’m always looking for ways to learn, grow, and connect with others.

I’m looking forward to getting to know everyone, supporting our amazing team, and helping make every visit to Goldfish Swim School a great experience. I can’t wait to see all the incredible things we accomplish together!
