Art began his management journey with the Ruby Tuesday restaurant company as a team member and worked his way up to General Manager. Art served in the United States Marine Corps as an Advance Composite Engineer6072 and Aircrew team member 6173/6276. Several restaurant and hospitality companies later, Art was appointed to a leadership position with Panera Bread. As asst Director of Beverage Development – National, Art was able to utilize his military leadership training and experience to bring his high energy approach to more than 2000+ locations across north America. Leadership roles in other industries to include IT/Software/Tech and Athletic/Sports management have also prepared Art for his new role as Regional Manager of Eastern NY and CT. Two decades of coaching in local and regional schools as well as being a father of 3 children helped to develop Arts philosophy of a challenging yet fun style. Art fosters a collaborative, open communication, systems-based culture and believes smiling, happy kiddos who have gained confidence, in and out of the water, is the best indicator of the success of his teams.
Caitlin was a competitive swimmer for 17 years, so her love for the water started at a very young age. Her aquatic career first started as a lifeguard and swim instructor when she was 17 at her local pool in Florida. Caitlin graduated from Saint Leo University with her degree in Sport Business where she was also a member of the Women’s Varsity Swim Team. Caitlin is a big advocate for water safety and is super excited to serve the Clifton Park community.
Carissa started with Goldfish as a parent when her daughter was just 6 months old! She loved our school so much she wanted to become a part of the team! Carissa quickly worked her way from swim instructor to team leader.
