Prerequisites: Swim Instructor training and experience, Lifeguard certification and experience

18+ hours of live, experiential learning to ensure concepts and procedures are absorbed and mastered
Committed to fostering a safer, supportive environment while providing a Golden Experience for parents and swimmers from start to finish

Lifeguard

15+ hours of virtual and in-person training through the certifying body Ellis & Associates (U.S.) or The Lifesaving Society (CAN)
Pass a skills and written exam proving mastery in aquatic rescues and basic life support, including CPR, AED, and First Aid for adults, children and infants
Dedicated to maintaining a safer environment for members and guests both in and out of the pool

Are swim meets required when joining a swim team?

Quarterly swim meets are part of the Swim Force experience and give swimmers opportunities to apply their training in a supportive team environment.

Pro Swimming Lessons in a Swim Team Format for Ages 5 – 12 Years Old from Carmel, Indianapolis, Brownsburg, Zionsville, and the Surrounding Areas

After your child has mastered our Pro swim levels, they will have the opportunity to join our Goldfish Swim Force swim team!

In this fun and friendly team environment, students continue to develop their swim skills while building character and confidence. Our in-water coaches train and encourage swimmers ages 5 to 12 to master the four major swim strokes. The sessions are one hour long, once a week, with a swim meet once per quarter. This recreational swim team provides an opportunity to further hone skills and offers a taste of competitive swimming for those interested in progressing into youth sports.

Our Swim Force offers a swim team format for children located in Carmel, Indianapolis, Brownsburg, Zionsville, and the surrounding area.
