I just want to leave this here after my child's experience, the people and staff working with the kids needs more training and patience, there are some instructors acting like they are being forced to teach the kids, they seem less friendly and with low patience to teach kids

I am having an issue getting a refund for a party that I've never officially booked. I'm told I have to wait to hear from the owner. That was January 4th and I've yet to hear anything back. Perhaps this is the best method to get in touch them?

Goldfish swim school, Yorktown Heights is the worst place to send your child. It is a waste of your money. Your child learns nothing. Every year there in a change in management. Swimming instructors change very frequently without notification to the parents. These new instructor don't know what they're doing and have to read the manual throughout the 30 mins lesson that's shared with 4 others kids. Not to mention each child has 7 mins to swim. My son almost drown and no one did anything. They didn't even check to make sure he was okay. Notified management about the situation was a waste of time. There response was there's nothing they can do about it. They are very unprofessional and needs management training. They refuse to give me there names and titles. After posting a review highlighting the situation is when they listen to my concerns. You will be risking your child's life if you send them there.

My daughter has been swimming here since she was 13 months old when they opened. She is now on Swim Force (GSS swim team)! She loves it there and won't swim anywhere else. Fun built into the curriculum, friendly and knowledgable instructors, positive reinforcement, ribbons for days, 90 degree shiver free pool, family swim, special events, fun tropical decor, giveaways, balloons, and coloring sheets are all things that keep her coming back. Highly recommend!!

My son has had such a wonderful experience at Goldfish. The instructors are all friendly and patient. He has made great progress for a 2 year old and looks forward to seeing everyone every week. I highly recommend this swim school to anyone looking for a fun and supportive environment!

I use to be a big fan of Goldfish. I was so excited to see them open their doors in town. All 3 of my kids have attended Goldfish since they opened. Packages included a party, which we had and was fantastic. We then had a package that included a party that we were never able to have due to COVID closing everything done. We lost classes(that we could transfer to my other kids) because we unenrolled my middle kid. They did offer to transfer half. it was better than nothing but lost 11 classes that were paid for put that into perspective that's 3 months worth. not including the others that were lost with my eldest child. (I don't even know that total) The shower water often drips out when all showers are running at the same time, they no longer have shampoo or body wash available by their showers, their facility is no longer clean. Bathroom garbages are overflowing by 5 everytime we go. They stopped using mats in the changing rooms. Hairdryers suck. half of them don't work and if they do, I can do better blowing on my child's hair. The newest thing this swim school is doing is changing the time of my child's class due to lack of enrollment. Thanks let me adjust my schedule ( we have had this time since September if not longer) for you and the fact you're losing clients. How is this my problem? Perhaps the owners should show their faces like they use too. This is not how you run a business. This is how you ruin a business. I can't wait for my last kid to get out of this horrible place.
