Leave a ReviewAfter 7 months of lessons I withdrew my 5 and 7 year old as they made no real progress. The facility and environment were clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and easy to work with. Our experience with the lesson instruction was sub par unfortunately, with the main complaint being that the student to teacher ratio is 4:1. For a 30 minute lesson I consistently timed my kids being in the water for only 5 minutes per lesson which might work for some but we found this inadequate for making reasonable progress.

This swim school gets a zero out of 10 for me. We walked in and had to wait about five minutes for two employees to stop talking about basketball to instruct us on what to do as it was our first time there. We get into the pool, I had no idea what to do. The instructor did not even introduce herself or ask who our kid was. We have been to a few other swim schools in Utah and it just seemed like this instructor did not know the curriculum or what she was doing. The facility was a mess, there was ants all over the floor by the bathrooms. They are one of the most expensive swim schools in Utah and they can't even keep up their facilities. Definitely will not be going back!

I have withdraw my kids out of this swimming school due to the manager Makeela have very poor customer skill. I have text the school advise my kids is going to be out of town july 11, I have also call the school again and advise we will be out of town july 10-18, the represented was nicely and said ok and have a nice trips. However, they do not have records on file that I called. I have explained explanation that I did call. The manager never consider or listen that I did call . She like there no info show you call and cancel on the 18th. She did not show empathy it csn be a mistake or whatsoever . Now is my words vs her. In a situations like this all she need to do is be apologetic and understand for the parents that we are actually paying for class and considering long term business. She straight up say unless you have prove we cannot give you a token for make up class . I pay monthly for my kids to go there so we consider going long term. For a small situation like this is no sympathy and does not acknowledge or care that I actually told her I did call . If you ever have your kids go to this school , make sure who you talk to or so note the name and show records you call or else if you have any situations , talk to her she will think you are desperately need a free token for a make , when you planning to pay monthly. My end story is , I have been in customer service before and acknowledge my client concerns and care will bring better business. I have referral family to joined. However , I will never come back because of her poor customer service . If i could give a zero , I would .
