Regional Operations Manager

Hi yall, my name is Jardin, and I’m the Regional Operations Manager for Goldfish Swim School here in Central Texas. I oversee 2 locations in Austin, and 1 in San Antonio, and I love getting to work with my teams each week to help develop them to becoming the best leaders possible.

I’ve worked with Goldfish since 2024, and while my background isn’t necessarily in aquatics, I come from a career of Multi-Unit Management as a Regional Sales and Operations Manager, and have almost 20 years of experience in Leadership Development, Member Retention, Sales + Operations Training, Event + Marketing Support, and Customer Service. I absolutely love what I do, and being able to witness the kids accomplish new skills and overcome their fears during a lesson is truly one of the best parts of my day.

When I’m not visiting one of my 3 locations, you can probably find me hanging out with my boyfriend, Anthony, and our sweet dachshund pup, Darrell. I love finding new movies to watch, taking boxing classes, and as a huge reader I love any sort of thriller/mystery novel. I can’t wait to see you and your little swimmer on the deck soon!

Hi yall, I’m Brady! I have been working at Goldfish for a few months now and have loved every minute of it. I especially love helping kids overcome their fears with patience, compassion, and empathy.

I have previous experience as a lifeguard so I understand the importance of water safety. In my free time I love to craft and am studying to be a paralegal.

Hey everyone! My name is Will and I can’t wait to meet you in one of my classes. My favorite color is Crimson, and I love teaching the Dolphin kick to my swimmers.

My favorite hobby outside of work is playing magic gathering, but I love working at Goldfish because I get to teach the future generation a life-changing skill! One other fact about me is that I’ve been to Singapore Mexico, Canada, France, and Japan – I’d love to hear about where in the world YOU’ve traveled to as well!

Hi, i’m Aubrey! My favorite color is dark green, and my favorite skill to teach is rollover breaths because it’s exciting to see swimmers overcome their fears and gain confidence!

My favorite hobbies outside of work are spending time with friends & family and listening to music. My favorite part about working at Goldfish is getting to celebrate my swimmers’ accomplishments, whether it’s learning a new skill or just becoming more confident in the water!

Hi y’all! My name is Connor, and I’m so excited to be part of the Goldfish Swim School team! One of my favorite parts about working at Goldfish is getting to help kids learn new skills, build confidence in the water, and celebrate their accomplishments along the way.

Outside of Goldfish, I’m involved in Boy Scouts and am currently working toward earning my Eagle Scout rank. I also love animals, especially reptiles and turtles, and enjoy spending time working on different projects and being outdoors.

I’m excited to continue learning and growing as an instructor, and I can’t wait to meet you and your swimmers on deck!

I have been at Goldfish for almost two whole years now, and have only grown to love it more everyday. I have been trained to be a Swim Instructor, Lifeguard, and Deck Supervisor across my whole time here.

I really love to see the kids grow into amazing and confident swimmers who always have fun every week, and not just that, but into amazing people as well who always brighten my day when I see them come to class! Parents, I also thank you for letting me have fun and teach your kids all these cool skills that I know you’re proud of them to learn!

Outside of Goldfish I do love to spend time doing a bit of running or exercising in nature when I can, it relaxes me a lot to be around animals and even just the sounds of trees brushing by each other is so nice to listen to. I love to spend time with my siblings, who are all older but we have fun together, especially as we like to watch shows, movies, or play games together when we can!

I can’t wait to get to know your swimmer next time they’re in class with me 🙂

Hello everyone, I’m Diana and I’ve worked at Goldfish SA for a little over a month! Outside of work I am a high school student. Before this new role I’ve been a babysitter, which has made me love kids and working with them, but also I’ve learned how important it is to keep them safe and at the same time ensure we are having fun and learning new things. 

I speak both English and Spanish, so if someone needs me I’ll be there to help. I am happy to support my team and anyone if needed. 

I am so excited to keep working at Goldfish and to enjoy swimming lessons with the kids 🐠

Hi y’all, I’m Coach Jasmine! I have been working at Goldfish as a Swim Instructor for the last several months, and I absolutely love teaching kids. Helping students learn and grow is the best part of my day! Having a background in competitive swimming helps me pass on great techniques to our swimmers. In my free time, I love studying new languages and exploring fashion. I can’t wait to meet your amazing swimmer on the pool deck super soon!

Hey guys! My name is Josilyn and I’ve been working at Goldfish for about 3 months! I really enjoy forming relationships with the kids and seeing them get more excited to come to swim lessons. My favorite color is pink and I love coffee, music, and hanging out with my friends! I’m currently a biochemistry student at TXST and when I’m not working you can usually find me at home with my kitten Margo. I can’t wait to see you on deck!

Hi, my name is Lauren! In my couple months of working at Goldfish it has been an absolute blast and one of the best parts of my day. I love seeing how far kids have improved through classes, whether it be in confidence and/or skill, and it’s a joy to be part of such a caring community. Some fun facts about me is that I love the colors pink and green, I’m a total nerd when it comes to movies, and I enjoy reading. Hi y’all! My name is Martha, and I’ve been part of the Goldfish team for two months. I love teaching kiddos important water safety skills and helping them build confidence in the water! Outside of work, I enjoy reading, spending time with my cats, and staying active by going to the gym and practicing yoga. I also have previous experience caring for young children with disabilities, and I’m passionate about creating a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for every child. Hi! My name is Matthew, and I’ve just started out at Goldfish as a swim instructor! I love helping the kids develop crucial safety skills and comfortable competency in the water while having lots of fun! 

My favorite color is gold, and some of my hobbies include piano, badminton, running, reading, and gaming. I’m originally from Canada, where I previously taught swimming and served as a lifeguard, but I’ve moved to the US to attend UT Austin. I look forward to meeting you all!

One of my favorite skills to teach is the sea otter back float. My favorite color is orange and blue, and one of my favorite things outside of work is to read. I really hope to get my own book published one day!

 Hi yall, my name is Victoria and I can’t wait to meet you! My favorite colors are both Yellow and red, and my favorite skill to teach at Goldfish is the sea otter back float.

My favorite hobby to do outside of work is Hiking,  and traveling to new places! I love working at Goldfish because I get to meet so many new kids. I teach and play at the same time, how much better can that get?!

One other fun fact about myself is that I am also a soccer coach for kids and a volleyball coach for teens, so working with a younger generation is something I’m truly passioante about. Hope to see you soon in one of my classes!

Hello everyone! My name is Yahaira, but I go by Coach Yami. I have been at Goldfish for almost 2 months now and I have loved every second of it! My favorite moments are creating beautiful bonds with the kids and seeing them accomplish the skills they’ve been working so hard to perfect.

My favorite colors are brown, dark green, and teal! I enjoy reading, sight seeing, and going on road trips in my spare time! I learned to swim around the age of 5 and love it! During my late elementary school years and in high school, I joined two swim teams, swam competitively, and/or just for fun!!

I’m so excited to see and work with all of your kiddos at Goldfish!

Hi, I’m Xandria! I’ve been working at Goldfish for a few months now and you might spot me either in the water or helping members at the front desk.

I like working here because I like knowing I’m making a difference in the kids lives and helping them stay safe in the water. My favorite skills to teach are the crab pinches/ water safety skills.

My favorite color is blue, and my hobbies outside of work include reading and listening to music.
