⚠️Warning to Parents Who Are Considering Goldfish Swim School For Their Kids (from former swim teacher Julianna): I feel obligated to share what I’ve witnessed at Goldfish Swim School, because it directly impacts the safety and well-being of your children. The lifeguard certifications here are not legitimately earned. Management encourages every employee to cheat on the test, which means none of the staff are properly trained to handle emergencies. Think about that, every single person responsible for watching your children in the pool has essentially cheated on their certification test. I was the only employee who refused to do so. On top of that, nearly all of the employees are teenagers with little to no real training or experience. I’ve heard them openly complain about having children with disabilities in their classes, referring to them as “problem kids.” It’s heartbreaking and unacceptable, especially for families who come here hoping for an inclusive environment for their children with autism. To make matters worse, they recently fired their only qualified swim instructor, someone who actually had a bachelor’s degree in special education and services, and who understood how to work with children of all abilities. Please take this seriously: if you are a parent considering Goldfish Swim School, know that your child’s safety is at risk, and children with disabilities are not treated with the respect or support they deserve. I am sorry to all the parents who favored my teaching their child; unfortunately, your child will now have a new, much less qualified teacher.

The way they treat employees is despicable. They take advantage of teenage staff during the summer, then fire them VIA TEXT when school starts again, and they are no longer as useful. Steer clear.

After dealing with Goldfish Swim school for just few weeks, myself and 2 kids are done. I myself and grandmother spoke with young lady about a month ago to enroll my kids for beginner grade to learn swimming, the young lady described in detail rates discounts and family packages as well she described theres a special going on to "finish the season" rate which would go through rest of May through June end July 1 for $487 after my discounts and registration fee waived. We would start middle of May. Perfect lets do it! We accepted paid the girl who took the card over the phone and proceeded to classes nothing ever said or brought up about this again till today 2.5 weeks later.... We now somehow owe another $500+ for June and our account is Month-Month basis. What???? What happened to the "promotion "? Wheres the original lady who signed us up? Upon explaining this to Carlos at first who reached out first then general manager Kate neither of them cared according to Kate no such thing ever existed that my grandmother and i didnt somehow understand the rates and/or both heard wrong?? Lol okay sure, i own a multi million dollar AC company but somehow i dont understand rates all of sudden. I hung up called my grandmother after saying one sentence the swim school is trying to charge us, she cut me off and stated "i thought we agreed on the seasonal package for almost $500 till July" i said yep call them they don't believe me. And she did and yet my grandmother got same run around we are a monthly plan theres no such thing...so either the original girl obviously made a mistake that this business doesnt want to fess up to in which they are covering up the mess or they are lieing. But it gets even better not more than an hour later a Johnathon calls me "Oh calling about your outstanding balance" haha does the left hand not know what the right hand is doing? Its not the money at this point but general principle, we chose this place out of 3 picks we had they were reasonable seemed knowledgeable how to get my little ones on track and family oriented. Hein sight is 20/20 not impressed with this place we are going elsewhere
