Gary Diaz has been with Goldfish Swim School since August 2025 and currently serves as the Regional Manager for the South Florida market, overseeing the Pembroke Pines, Coral Springs, and Royal Palm Beach locations 🌴. With a strong leadership background from iFLY, Starbucks, and Apple Inc., Gary is passionate about building high-performing teams, supporting swimmer success, and delivering a consistent GOLDEN Experience for every family ✨.
Gary is deeply committed to helping people grow—whether it’s swimmers gaining confidence in the water or instructors developing their leadership skills 💛. Outside of work, he is married to his wife of three years and is a proud dad to two boys, ages 12 and 13. In his free time, Gary enjoys mechanical and construction projects and has renovated more than eight homes 🛠️🏠.
