Madison Weber

Madison Weber has been with Goldfish Swim School Roswell Village since 2022 and has worked her way up from Swim Instructor to Lifeguard, Deck Supervisor, Swimologist, and now Assistant General Manager for Waterside. She leads by example and brings a natural affinity for working with children, creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment for families and team members.
A former high school swimmer, Madison has a strong passion for the water and especially enjoys working with families to help teach children essential, life-saving swim skills. Her experience in and around the pool reinforces her commitment to water safety and confidence-building.
Madison is a certified Lifeguard Instructor and plays a key leadership role in training, workshops, and quality control. She helps provide a structured environment where training staff can learn, develop, and confidently deliver the Goldfish standard. She also supports ongoing staff development and ensures alignment in safety practices and guest experience across the school. She is dedicated to maintaining a strong safety culture while ensuring every family receives a “Golden Experience” through exceptional care and “Extraordinary Results.”
Whether on deck, leading training, supporting her team, or working directly with families, Madison leads with positivity, reliability, and a genuine love for helping children grow into confident swimmers.
