Mark Fleming

Owner

Mark is an entrepreneur and owner of a marketing company as well as Goldfish Swim School. He’s passionate about building strong businesses and even stronger communities. Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with friends and family, coaching his kids’ sports teams, and volunteering at Cross Church. A former motorcycle adventurer, he now prefers the outdoors—hunting and working on the farm. At Goldfish, you’ll usually find him in the pump room—because if he can’t fix it, it’s probably time for a new one.

Nici Fleming

Owner and General Manager

Nici is the co-owner and General Manager at Goldfish Swim School. As a registered nurse and local mom, she is deeply passionate about water safety and helping children build confidence in and around the water. She is dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming environment for families in the community. In addition to her work at Goldfish, Nici also serves as a substitute nurse and teacher at a local school. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, serving at her church, and cheering on her kids at their sporting events.

Paula Fleming

Owner

Paula is a co-owner of Goldfish Swim School, where she plays an essential role behind the scenes, supporting purchasing, organization, and making sure everyone’s favorite fish, Bubbles, is always well cared for. She holds a Master’s degree in Elementary Education and brings years of experience as both a classroom teacher and a school board member in Michigan.

In addition to her work at Goldfish, Paula co-owns a marketing company with her son, Mark. She is deeply rooted in her community and enjoys serving at Cross Church. Outside of work, Paula loves spending time with her grandchildren, reading, completing puzzles, and birdwatching. A true fan of tradition, she has faithfully watched every episode of General Hospital since 1963.

Wade Fleming

Owner

Wade is a retired President and CEO of an international Tier 1 automotive company, bringing decades of leadership and operational expertise to everything he does. As a co-owner of Goldfish Swim School, he plays a key behind-the-scenes role, supporting the business through bookkeeping and facility maintenance to ensure everything runs smoothly. Outside of work, Wade enjoys motorcycle riding, hunting, and spending time at the farm. He is deeply involved in the Cross Church community and values time spent volunteering, as well as making memories with his grandchildren.

Miss Adyson

Assistant General Manager

Hi! I’m Adyson, a Northwest Arkansas native who’s proud to call this community home. I’ve been part of the Goldfish Swim School team since June 2022, and I love getting to help kids build confidence, learn new skills, and actually look forward to swimming (which is a win for everyone!). When I’m not at the pool, I’m a student at NWACC working toward becoming a Physical Therapist Assistant. Basically, I enjoy helping people move better, whether that’s perfecting a kick in the pool or living everyday life. A fun fact about me: I have dual citizenship in the United States and Luxembourg, so yes, I like to say I’m a little international, even if most of my time is still spent right here in Northwest Arkansas. I love connecting with families, keeping things fun, and making sure everyone feels comfortable (and maybe even laughs a little) while they’re here.
