If the swim instructors are gonna have long hair, at least make them pull it up. I don’t like the way some of the grab my grandkids. They spend more time talking than actually teaching swimming.

Initially we thought the school was great. Unfortunately we have had some negative experiences. The most recent was on Sunday with the "instructor" Brian. He was odd from the minute he met my daughter. He asked if we were making up a class and then I explained my daughter was in soccer and had to change times. He then made a comment, "oh, an active one". During the session he took out the water colander that they use in the infants class. My daughter is beyond this and it is not appropriate to use during her session. He kept looking at his watch, taking long breaks, he allowed her to jump in the water unattended and he seemed very uncomfortable when I was watching my daughter's lessons. The life guards usually want the children to sit on the ledge to stay safe while he allowed her to jump instead. At one point he let go of my daughter when she was underwater while she was approaching the other side of the pool. She fell to the very bottom of the pool and seemed uncomfortable when she came up for air. Every other instructor holds the children or at least guides them so this does not happen. At this point I became worried and entered the room to watch more closely and he then approached the life guard on duty to make a negative statement against me. He said to her "did you see her mom? she came close and starred and me with a mean look" and then mocked my face". Not only did I hear him but my daughter heard him since he said this in front of my daughter. Shame on him. When I tried to explain this to the "manager" at the front desk, it did not seem as though she understood the gravity of the situation. Brian was uncomfortable the entire time and now I am wondering if he did something or was intending to do something that he did not want me to see. There seem to be a ton of red flags with this kid. Even when I was at the front desk and he had moved to another lane to teach, I caught him just starring back at me and my daughter. I would like someone from upper management to give me a call immediately because Brian is very inappropriate not just with children but with the parents as well. Another negative experience. It just seems to be getting progressively worse. My daughter had a make up class and the instructor raised his voice many times and the instructor in the next lane told my daughter to mind her own business. I have also heard negative comments about us so it seems that it has become a widespread issue. We are paying money to learn a life lesson and not hear to make friends with anyone. Let’s stay focused on the goal and respect our children!

The place is clean and organized. Good staff but I don’t think the children get enough time to learn, the half an hour class once a week has 3-4 kids with one instructor which cuts down the time to just 7-10 minutes in a week. Also the kids are let in at the right time but the class ends 5 mins early. It’s not worth it. How do they expect the kids to learn in such a short amount of time. The management should work on this.

Horrible communication. For a month I was trying to figure out out how to transfer my kids to the facility. They told me they will call me back if they can’t transfer the enrollment or make up classes. After two weeks, we call back when our previous location told me they haven’t received a call just to find out nothing would be transferred. Due to their lack of communication skills they almost had us miss using all of our makeup classes
