Regional Operations Manager

Hey yall!

My name is Jardin, and I’m the current Regional Operations Manager for Goldfish Swim School here in Central TX, helping oversee 2 locations in Austin and 1 in San Antonio. I’ve worked for Goldfish for the last year and a half, and while my background isn’t necessarily in aquatics, I have over 15+ years of experience in Sales + Operations as well as 7+ years in Regional Leadership Management, Sales Training, and Leadership Development.

I have loved learning the in’s and out’s of our curriculum which leans into the importance of swim lessons + have received both my Lifeguard Certification and CPO Certification (pool operations) with Goldfish during my time here to continue my own development in the aquatics field.

When I’m not at work, you can find hanging out with my partner Anthony and our sweet dachshund Darrell, or working out at Rumble and learning new boxing skills! I can’t wait to see and meet you in one of my stores soon!

General Manager

Jayd has spent the past 13 years serving Austin families through swim instruction and water safety education. As Assistant General Manager, she is passionate about building confident swimmers, developing strong teams, and creating safer communities in and around the water. The relationships she builds with students, families, and staff continue to fuel her commitment to the mission every day. When she’s off the pool deck, you’ll find her hiking local trails, kayaking on Town Lake, or relaxing at home with her husband and three cats

Hi yall! My name is Keli and you can find me at the front desk or life guarding at Goldfish, where I’ve worked for a year and a half now.

I’m currently studying Leadership online at Texas A&M Texarkana, and I love practicing photography in my spare time. My favorite part of being at Goldfish is watching our swimmers grow in confidence and master new skills — their success makes every splash worth it! 💙🐠 can’t wait to meet you in school!

Welcome to Goldfish Swim School!

My name is Rachel, and I am the Manager on Deck at Northwest Hills. I attended the University of Arizona, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in Educational Leadership. Over the years, I have worked as both an elementary school teacher and a swim coach, combining my passion for education with my love of swimming.

I grew up in Hawaii and have always loved being in the water. In high school, I was on the swim team, and outside of school you would always find me either snorkeling, paddle boarding, or attempting to surf. 😄

I truly enjoy working with children and being a part of their growth, confidence, and progress both in and out of the water. I’m excited to help create a fun, safe, and encouraging environment for every swimmer and family who walks through our doors!

Hi, I’m Saida!!!

I’ve been working at Goldfish for over a year and a half and have never stopped loving it! My favorite moments happen while building bonds with swimmers and their families, in and out of the water. I love seeing my swimmers progress and gain confidence in themselves. My favorite color is green, and I have a dog and a cat. Neither of them like to swim, but I do. I learned to swim when I was three and have been in the water since, swimming competitively and just for fun!!

Hi, I’m Yasmine!

I’ve been teaching at Goldfish for a little over a year and I love helping swimmers feel confident in the water while also having tons of fun. My favorite moments are seeing swimmers overcoming challenges and celebrating. In my free time I love hanging out with friends, reading, and watching my movies. Excited to meet your swimmer!

Hi, I’m Aria! While I am new to working at Goldfish, I have experience teaching swim lessons and I love getting to help kids learn new skills. My goal is to help kids become more confident and have a fun and safe time in the water! When I’m not teaching, I enjoy cooking, hiking, and painting with watercolors. I’m excited to meet you!

Hi, I’m Cesar. I’m new to Goldfish, but swimming has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I am bilingual in both English and Spanish and during my free time I like to play videogames and sometimes practice violin or build Legos! I can’t wait to meet your swimmer on deck!

Hi, I’m Grier!

I have just started my journey teaching swim lessons at Goldfish, but I have been a swim coach for the past 2 summers! I have been swimming competitively for 12 years now, and I am currently on the Anderson High School swim team. I am on the powerlifting team as well, and I love going to the gym and writing in my free time. I can’t wait to meet you in the pool! 🐠

I’ve been teaching swim lessons for 6 months at Goldfish, but I’ve been swimming competitively since I was 7. I love pushing kids to be their best in the water and succeed in ways they never could have imagined. I love playing games and watching sports in my free time. I can’t wait to meet your swimmer!

Hi guys, I’m Mathew and I’ve been a swim instructor at Goldfish Northwest Hills for almost 10 months now!

I have two kids, Calvin and Lily, who both also swim at Goldfish – they’re in Glider 2 and Glider 1, so feel free to say to me and/or them when you see us all in class! My favorite color is blue, and my favorite skill to teach is the Superman – can’t wait to meet your swimmer on deck!

I love helping kids build confidence in the water and learn new skills while having fun. One of the most rewarding parts of teaching is getting to know each swimmer and watching their confidence grow from week to week. I enjoy creating a positive, encouraging, and safe environment where every swimmer feels comfortable trying new things and reaching their goals. When I’m not at Goldfish, I enjoy racing in motorsports, cooking, and reading. I’m excited to meet you and help your swimmer have a great experience in the pool!

Hi I’m Ray! I come from a waterpolo/swim background. I recently joined Goldfish Swim School and my favorite part would be getting to see the progression of each kiddo gain their confidence in the water as they hit milestones throughout each level.
