Leave a ReviewWonderful experience! First swim lesson and the two instructors where amazing with my 5 year old. They were kind, patient, and challenged my daughter. 10 minutes in and she was putting her face under water! She's never wanted to do that. My daughter felt comfortable and safe. we look forward to the next lesson and continuing to learn to swim!

We've been at Goldfish for about 18 months now and we couldn't be happier. We started Mini classes with her right after she turned 2, and she has learned so much and come such a long way with her swimming and her confidence in the water. She's had several different instructors as she's leveled up and they've all done a wonderful job with her. She takes a while to warm up to people, but she genuinely enjoys the staff. The staff are wonderful and go out of their way to make sure both students and parents are comfortable with instructor pairings and how the lessons are going.

The teachers are nice and knowledgeable, the pool water is warm and clean. The facility is very nice, but the floors can use some cleaning around the pool area.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service and service recovery from the management at Goldfish. Apparently they are “unable” to give out refunds for lessons we haven’t even taken yet. This swim school cost us hundreds of dollars each month and their solution to our dissatisfaction was to pay them more money for private lessons. Overall, our experience was good. The teachers are good and the environment is geared to get kids comfortable in the water. What Goldfish is not: safe. All classes have a four to one ratio, even small children/toddlers who will sit on a bench inside the pool (in the water) with an instructor who will turn their back on the kids to have them swim across the lane. I expressed my concerns to the manager after my three year old fell all the way under water when the instructors back was turned. I was assured more eyes would be on them in future lessons. This was not the case. The manager patrolled the pool deck for the first ten minutes of lessons and then left the pool area. The on deck “lifeguard” that I was told was responsible for keeping eyes on kids when the instructors back was turned, also had their back turned to my kid when she fell underwater for a SECOND time.
