Frustrated and confused with their fee system. I bought a package of 8 lessons for my two kids, and they’ve only been there a total of 4 times — including the 2 free trial classes( 1 free trial each),Then I suddenly received a “payment due” notice and when I got there I was told that the upcoming class would be their last lesson because we had already used everything. On top of that, I also paid an extra $54 when my daughter finished her trial, which I think was a membership fee. At this point I honestly have no idea what I paid for. The pricing and policies are not clear at all, and the whole experience left me really disappointed and frustrated. I’ve decided to drop both of my kids from there,there must be other places with clearer and more transparent fee policies. The trainer is great, though — no complaints about the actual teaching. Just beware to make sure you understand their fee before signing up! Update: The store manager Michelle reached out and made sure everything was clarified. There was a bit of a misunderstanding earlier, but she handled it really well and got it all sorted out.

We are only into week 2 and I’m beyond impressed. The staff are attentive and I’ve watched them calmly soothe nervous new swimmers. There are so many eyes on the pool at all times and a very specific curriculum being followed. My daughter has been terrified of putting her head under water and in the first 10 minutes in week 2 she let them do a quick full body dip! Worth every penny for her future and safety!!!

We’ve only been with Goldfish Swim School for 3 weeks, but we’re already so impressed. Our son has grown so much in confidence and skill in such a short time. The staff are truly amazing always friendly, encouraging, and ready to help. They create a fun and safe environment that makes learning to swim something our child looks forward to every week. We’re so happy to be part of the Goldfish family!

My son loves goldfish! He always is happy to go and all smiles after. He started at a beginner level and worked his way up to Swim Force. Still loving it! The staff is so welcoming and have encouraged him the whole way.
