My son enjoyed his swim learning experience at this fine establishment. We had a great swsim intructor named Jude Kenyon who was such a humble and kind man. Jude helped my struggling son Johnel to learn how to swim on his back with care and my son learned many new things. The only problem I could find with this place is there was a weird looking worker with curly hair and a large frame in the corner of the pool and he appeared quite under the influence. This guy was stumbling around slurring his words at other workers. overall this swim school is the best of the best in Decatur from the place itself to the workers.

I am so glad a friend told me about Goldfish Swim School… my daughter started swim class at 6 months old and has loved it ever since. The instructors are all so friendly and helpful with the different techniques. The sing-a-long songs are especially fun for the little ones! The facilities are always spotless and the tropical theme is adorable. The heated pool is wonderful. The 30 minute lessons speed by in the blink of an eye - I think I enjoy them as much as my daughter does. I could not recommend Goldfish more!

We have been with goldfish for about 3 years! We started in the sandy springs location when my daughter was 3 and couldn’t swim at all. We are now at the Decatur location and she has worked her way to the swim team. The curriculum works without being too much. The facilities are nice. The staff is great. We even had a birthday party hear and everyone loved it! Highly recommend.

I don't like that there are 3 kids to a lane because my child doesn't get much instruction. That is literally 7-10 min per child each session for a 30 min session. there are 3 kids you should allow 45-60 min time slots so each child gets worked with. 30 min would work fine with 2 children because they get 15 min each. Re: Thanks for the response but 4 children to a lane doesn't work for me. As my child was often sitting waiting for other younger children that required more supervision. There was a smaller boy who kept trying to jump in . They had to watch him a little more than the others. I watched the swim instructor skip my daughter several times while demonstrating to smaller children who needed more hands on direct instruction. I learned how to swim in the 90's at the Y in a group. It was very interactive from what I remember and we learned a lot in a short period of time. This one doesn't cut close to what we learned as beginners. My daughter lost interest in swim but I will try again at another school.
