Great Swimming School staff is very friendly helpful and great with my toddler my son has been going to swimming school since Aug '24. started in mini 2 and now his in mini 3 son loves the water and likes the hair station we have gotten to some events like the Halloween treat and it was super fun and a great learning experience for my 2 yr old

We had very positive experiences. We loved the staff and facility. We started with instructor Hridesh tyagi and kids loved going for swim lessons. We also had positive experience with other instructors and they all work hard to make it work for you and your kids!

As a parent, choosing the right swimming school for my toddler was a significant decision, and I am so grateful to have found Goldfish at Cromwell. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were welcomed by the team.Lessons are filled with games, creative activities that keep my toddler excited and eager to return each week.Already I see a noticeable difference in my toddler's confidence and skills. It's nice to see how the instructors connect with each child, celebrating their progress and milestones no matter how small.The facilities are clean, and well-maintained, providing a safe and comfortable environment for both kids and parents. The communication from the school is excellent.Goldfish in Cromwell is a fantastic place to learn to swim. We started lessons in April 2024 and my daughter has loved every single lesson. Our instructor JAZMIN has been amazing with not just my daughter, but with all of the kids in the classes. She has an energy and a love for teaching swimming/swimming safety that makes the lessons a ton of fun. I would recommend Goldfish Swim School to anyone wanting their kids to learn how to safely enjoy swimming!

Terrible experience and customer service. Goldfish messed up my son’s swim lesson time. We showed up at the correct time and they told us they had no room for him and he was placed in the wrong class. Wouldn’t offer a refund for their error and said I can use a makeup token for a family swim which is too late for a toddler to even attend. Would absolutely not recommend.

They canceled a class, only received an email day before in junk email, they told they will give credit for it at apparently that credit is for make up class that I have to go some other time. So we paid month ahead, they canceled the class and i have to come back some other time.

The Flynn family loves Goldfish Cromwell! My son Danny has been going since the opening. He was deathly afraid of the water and now, a year into lessons, he can’t stay out of it! The staff-front desk, instructors, lifeguards, etc. are all so kind and patient. If your child either doesn’t know how to swim or needs to build on skills, this is your place! Much love and bravo for the great work you’re doing Goldfish Swim School-Cromwell!
