We tried Goldfish Swim and unfortunately had a very poor experience. The pool had so much chlorine it was overwhelming, and it was extremely crowded. I even noticed patches of hair floating in the water. The 2-year-old class was all play and no real instruction—my daughter wasn’t challenged at all. Staff seemed very junior and unhelpful, and when I asked to cancel after the first class, they didn’t even bother to ask why. Also, there are no lockers to store personal items, which was inconvenient. Definitely not the quality or professionalism we were hoping for.
