Goldfish swim school has been the best place we’ve ever gone for lessons. We used to go to another place and this is bar none! They are so kind from the front desk staff, to the person that answers emails and the teachers are phenomenal!! I’ve had 2 that graduated and another one on the way and when our other two get big enough they will be in lessons too. They have been so flexible and kind figuring how all the kids can do lessons at the same time. When we have to miss they give tokens that we can use any time so we don’t feel like we’re missing out or fresh out of luck. Highly recommend!

We love love love Goldfish Swim School. My oldest is 2.5 and my youngest is 18 months. My oldest has been in swimming lessons since he was 9 months old. My youngest has been doing them since he was a year. We have nothing but AMAZING things to say. The owner, managers, and swim instructors are all so friendly and helpful. I love knowing my boys are learning how to be safe in the water.

Took our oldest son here for his first experience with swimming, had a great time. They were flexible with us after he could not be in the water after his spinal surgery.

RJ Meade your manager offered me a solution for the same class time and you guys would switch instructors since we were the ones bullied. Again, you offered a solution of the same day and time which was not possible according to Cece. We were lied to and bullied out of the class. You should be ashamed of yourself for the way we were treated. Your manager blatantly lied about putting us with a different teacher at the same time and day as well as saying he called after Monday the 9th. Shame on you for allowing your employee to bully an 8 year old. Do you even know what was said to your client?

Instructor Alyssa bullied my child trying to shame her 3 times during a 25 minute swim lesson. We feel it was racially motivated. In addition, the owner RJ Meade could care less. I also have know multiple families including my own who having been paying for swim lessons for over a year to multiple years and their children and my own still cannot swim. They are a scam and the owner should be ashamed of himself for allowing a staff member to be a bully. Wild behavior and pretty risky behavior in 2026!!!!

It’s very sad to have to write this bad review about this company. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend. We did one “free trial” class on December 21st and it went pretty good. My mom, my boyfriend and I decided to pay for 3 classes moving forward. However after this class our family got really sick for about 2 1/2 weeks. Then a snow storm hit and we live about 35 minutes outside of omaha. I called them about 10-15 times and NO ANSWER. I had a very stern conversation with a lady manager (forgot her name) and she said that she apologized for not getting back writhing 48 hours. **MIND YOU** there’s kids standing at the front desk consistently, there should be no excuse why you can’t answer one of my 10-15 calls. I expressed this to the lady and she said she gave me a “token” to be able to make up for the classes. This lady did not follow through, and DID NOT give me a make up “token” and I was charged $120.00 for not even being there. My husband and I had this lady on speaker phone and we both heard her tell us she doesn’t charge for classes we don’t attend. Like I said in the beginning, 3 adults witnessed us telling the staff we only want to pay for 3 classes. Never once did they say it’s a monthly subscription !!! Their method of communicating is through email And unfortunately my email has over 100k unread emails that. I just so happen to come across an email from the company saying their missed my son from class which made me think” oh they better not be charging me , I haven’t even taken my son to swim class after the first FREE session” and sure enough they did. They will not give me a refund !! So I really hope the owners can take that 120.00 and educate their staff to follow through. All in all, that lady I spoke with never gave me a refund and she’s also telling customers “we don’t charge unless you show up” and both me and my husband heard her on the phone say that to us. This was very scammy and theirs way better options than these low life’s who take advantage of people like me. I will personally take that $120.00 and express this situation amongst my friends and schoolmates and other young mothers who im very good friends… do not come here. And this is why!
