This place is honestly so incredible. I have two kids enrolled, one two and one four. My two year old came in thrashing and screaming but the staff was completely unfazed and by the end of her first lesson she was giggling and smiling and not afraid of the water. By the fourth session, she was jumping in without hesitation and her confidence was unbelievable. My four year old, I tried so many times to teach him and nothing stuck. Again four sessions in and he is so confident and his skills have improved immeasurably. We have a different staff helper each time and each one of them is so incredible we haven't had a bad instructor yet. The reviews about management must be old or they must have had an off experience because these ladies are so wonderful, we are having the best experience.

The staff are so kind and patient with our toddler. He's been excited to go since the first day he got in the pool.

They are great providing swimming classes for children. The instructors are great teaching and making it fun. Highly recommend them. Have been to the Orchard Lake location.

10/5 stars. Special shout out to Zerin, I have sent three kids through this location and each one of them has loved working with him. Our youngest is a handful and not used to us not being there (so lots of emotion and screaming). Zerin handles it wonderfully keeps our little one engaged! He never gives up.

I had high hopes for this piece however I’m so disappointed. Starting with the staff, you guys are so rude. First when the child walks in the polite thing to do is say hi. My child and I need get greeted. You can also try say things like “are you ready to swim?!” Hype them but so it doesn’t feel like their walking to a scary place especially when their still learning to swim. The swim instructor are not at all involved with my child. My child had so many different instructors, some you can barely hear and some that are not hands on. Might as well teach my child how to swim myself. Second, why just why is the pool always dirty. Since my child and I started I can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen all kinds of dirty things floating in the pool including hair balls. Third, water is always cold and the place itself is freezing. Also, why are only some hair dryers working. I always have to play the game to find one that works. All that being said if Goldfish manager or whoever reads this has to work on one of these issues, I suggest you talk to your staff and teach them to be friendly and work on putting smiling faces on. Especially when this is a children’s facility. We have a few more classes to take before we stop attending (because of the 30 days policy), I will happily put my name in the review once we are out of this place.
