We love goldfish! Worth every penny!

My kids don't go to this location, but my niece does. My SIL and BIL decided to host my niece's third birthday here. We misread the time frame and arrived about an hour before we should have. We had everything with us: the cake, decorations, etc. They let us know that we were too early but could take some of the stuff (like the cake so it wouldn't melt) until it was time. While it was our mistake the team did EVERYTHING and ANYTHING to still accommodate us to the best of their ability. The hustled with setting up tables and decorations, the encouraged the folks that finished a class to not linger, and reassured us they had it covered. We were able to get in there 30 minutes before the actual start time and get our stuff set up. Communication was on point. Everyone was soooo friendly and helpful. I was beyond impressed with the entire staff. Things could have gotten ugly, but not once was there any condescension or impoliteness towards us for the screw up. The party was wonderful. The kids swam. Ate pizza. Just completely enjoyed themselves. If they're even half as awesome in classes, etc: you're in good hands, 100%.

We recently came to Goldfish and my son loves it so far! The front desk has been AMAZING to work with and I cannot compliment them enough!!!! We had multiple scheduling issues because of our busy schedules and we were able to find something that works for us as a family! We are starting our daughter her as well and cannot wait to see how both children progress!

We’ve been very happy here with 2 girls (5, 7) making progress and learning skills. We bring our youngest (3) to family swim with his sisters. Rescheduling missed classes has been a breeze and they’ve been very accommodating with last minute absence. Nice facility, great coaches, very pleased with all aspects.

It’s a great place to learn swimming. The facility is well maintained and faculty is really good. My 2yr old enjoys her swim class with instructor Anna Forde and she is the best.

Our child has attended Goldfish swim school for over 6 years, and has gone from a splashing toddler to a very strong and confident swimmer, mastering nearly all of the strokes and he's only 8 years old! The teachers are patient and caring, taking the time to get to know each student so they can learn at their own pace, as well as gently teaching focus and caring for one another. The instructors at Goldfish are AMAZING!!!

LOVE this place. Kiera was the absolute best and taught our one-year old things I never could have imagined. She is so patient and amazing. Kaya was also fantastic with our four-year old, they both had so much fun. THE BEST.

We have had an amazing experience at Goldfish Swim school st Charles location. The facility is well-maintained, the lessons are well-structured, and the instructors are truly dedicated to helping students improve. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to accommodate individual needs. My child has gained so much confidence in the water, and we couldn’t be happier with the progress. Highly recommend this swim school to anyone looking for quality swim instruction!
