Swim school instructors are very good. The environment is very clean. They have plenty of rest rooms, changing rooms and Hair dryers. Coloring table for kids to draw while waiting. Even if we miss the class , they provide the makeup tokens. Plenty of parking space.

Great program and coaches. Our daughter started swim lessons at an older age and was afraid to do pretty much everything. Her coach was so patient and the environment very positive and supportive. She was able to overcome her fears and progressed quickly through all the levels, picking up great technique in the process.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at this swimming school! The instructors are patient, skilled, and truly dedicated to helping each child progress at their own pace. My daughter has grown so much in confidence and ability since she began lessons here. The facilities are clean, well-organized, and provide a safe environment where children can feel comfortable as they learn. We also love how the school emphasizes water safety, which has made my daughter both a stronger swimmer and more aware in the water. I highly recommend this school to any parent looking for quality swimming lessons!

Let me give you a run down of this place. There is a beautifully painted mural in the back that had me so happy and joyous. My son loved the water in the pool. There were a couple of hair clumps that were floating around, but its cool i guess. It's a lovely place to take a swim and shower if you are less fortunate. I may come back!

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with how my recent experience at Goldfish Swim School was handled. I enrolled my daughter in a swim class, hoping to build her confidence and love for the water. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but positive, leaving me deeply disheartened. From the very first class, my daughter was overwhelmed and cried hysterically. It was incredibly embarrassing for me as a parent—not just for my own child’s distress but also for the disruption it caused to the other children’s learning experiences. We tried returning for the next three weeks, hoping things would improve, but each time she was too upset to even make it through the door. She never made it back into the pool after that first class. When I reached out to cancel our membership, I explained how difficult the experience had been and how uncomfortable it felt to disrupt the other children’s lessons. I hoped Goldfish Swim School would understand and show compassion, but instead, I was told I would be charged for the entire upcoming month before I could cancel—despite my daughter only attending one class and being unable to participate in the rest. I understand that Goldfish Swim School is a business, but the complete lack of compassion or understanding for our situation was incredibly disappointing. Your policy prioritizes profit over the well-being of your young swimmers and shows no consideration for parents who only want the best for their children. If anyone asks me about Goldfish Swim School, I would not recommend it for these reasons. A place dedicated to teaching children to swim should be more focused on fostering a positive experience and supporting the individual needs of its students. I hope you will reflect on this situation and consider how you can better support families in the future.
