Leave a ReviewBoth of my granddaughters loved going to Goldfish. The instructors were wonderful, the facility was wonderful and very clean. We loved family swim time. It has been 9 years since I brought my granddaughters. I keep thinking that I want to go during family swim time. Just me. The water feels wonderful and I always feel great afterwards. Wish you had a senior swimtime!

Always a good experience, even the bad full transparency. If there's ever a hiccup, Tommy who watches over things is always willing to do something to find a solution. Too often in today's automated world solutions aren't found with auto answers. Tommy will pick up the phone to talk and find a solution. In addition our daughter enjoys her classes, we found especially the morning sessions were amazing and you get very good experience if you have a young one that isn't in school. It's an especially great time to immerse them. We've had some challenges when we had to change schedules but again they work with you to figure something out:-]

A great pool for kids to learn to swim. The pool is warm and not to deep, and the staff is attentive and very safe, the were as many lifeguards as kids when we had summer camp lessons. My kids had a great time working on their swimming and building confidence. There's also plenty of individual changing rooms, showers, and even hair dryers so you can fully get the kiddos ready after a dip in the pool

My kiddos (8 year-old daughter, 3 yr-old son) LOVE Goldfish! They've been enrolled since August 2023 and have flourished. I love the skill set for the different strokes my daughter has developed. She went from being extremely timid, barely able to keep her head above water to swimming freestyle, back, breast, and butterfly. And my son has always been fearless near water, so the safety procedures they've taught him have been especially important. He can jump in the water, crab walk his way around the pool wall and pull himself safely out of the pool-- and he only turned three a week ago.

We have taken our daughter to swim classes since she was a toddler (pausing during COVID). The staff are all pleasant, educated on swim instruction, and very kid friendly. I appreciate at the end of each lesson that the instructor provides positive and constructive feedback. The Front Desk staff are great as well- very helpful and always friendly. The facilities are also clean!

Dedicated and responsive team members who are not pushy in terms of class enrollments. Instructors seem to care about progress and provide thoughtful feedbacks. Warm swim area that prevents shivering during lessons. App and online processes are super convenient. Great make up policies.

The instruction is thorough and safe even though the prices are somewhat high. LGBTQ++ friendly also with more than one trans swimming instructors.

Been going here for a few years for drop in classes without issue. The drop in classes are great for parents who have hectic work schedules (both my wife and I are in healthcare). From a swimming lesson perspective they are great. The teachers are very good with kids and they do a great job in getting a you g child to be safe near water. The issue I have though is with their book keeping. Recently I noticed a new charge on my credit card, and it seems that my child was mistakenly signed up for a lesson plan, rather than the drop ins we typically do (I As proof that this was a mistake, I have two kids and only one of them was signed up for recurring lessons - would not make sense to sign one up for this and not the other). I contacted the business and they acknowledged the mistake, but wouldn’t offer a refund at this time without further talking to higher management. Additionally, they had yet to disenroll my child from the recurring lessons. I feel that if a business acknowledges a mistake like this they should facilitate a refund as quickly as possible, and actually fix the mistake. Too long/Didn’t Read: Make sure you check your credit card statements if using this business. They may sign you up for something you didn’t want, without you signing anything or giving permission to bill your card. They also seem opposed to make things right via a refund for a mistake they admit to making.
