Leave a ReviewMy three kids all learned/or learning swimming there, so I have been with them for a while. People are just very nice there. I have noticed many workers who have been there for a long time, which shows that it must be a good place to work at. Ellie is this young manager walking around the pool during lessons. She is just amazing. She knows every kid (even after our long breaks here and there) and is very keen on helping the kids to move up. The environment is so comfortable and nice, which can "spoil" the kids and parents so that they are not used to a less well managed public pool. The two drawbacks are: (1)a 30 minute lesson is very short (including transition time). I feel that older kids need 1 hour to really warm up and learn; (2) relatedly, for older kids (like 7 or above), the short lane is just not much of a workout. Older kids can do loops in a wider area, but that is still not much of a workout for them. I know there is swim team (swim force), but that is only available to the most experienced swimmers. I understand that the goal is to teach swimming, not to train endurance or speed. It will be nice if there is an opportunity for endurance and speed as well. Overall, I am very thankful to the caring and sweet people there.

My son has been taking lessons here for a little over a year (he's on the spectrum) Michelle & Nolan (instructors) have been absolutely amazing, kind and helpful. My son's face lights up when he sees them both. Definitely recommend this location & these instructors.

If you think other kid is good enough to pass. Pass him. You don’t spend more than half of the class time to make him pass and let my kid wait there .

I’m very disappointed with this swimming center. The class lasts 25 minutes, but my son spends about 20 minutes sitting outside the pool. I really don’t see what he can learn that way. He told me the instructors were mean to him, and he even cried — this is very unlike him, as he used to love swimming. Now he doesn’t want to go anymore. I also spoke with the manager, who immediately questioned my son instead of offering any constructive solution. This experience has completely discouraged him, and it’s heartbreaking to see how his love for swimming has turned into anxiety and reluctance.
