Goldfish Swim School – Knapp’s Crossing uses play-based learning to boost children’s cognitive growth in a safe, fun, and stimulating environment. We’re able to help our students develop essential life skills by utilizing our philosophy, The Science of SwimPlay®, in all of the programs we offer.

We believe that the foundation of a lifelong love of the water is built through confidence and joy. Our carefully curated progression of swim lessons is designed to meet children at their individual skill levels, guiding them from their first splash to becoming capable and safer swimmers. In our purpose-built, warm-water pools, instructors use a blend of songs, games, and gentle guidance to introduce fundamental water safety and swimming skills. Water safety is at the heart of everything we do. Each swim lesson in Knapp’s Crossing incorporates essential safety skills such as floating, proper water entry and exit, breath control, and independent movement through the water.

We welcome swimmers as young as 4 months old and offer classes up to age 12. You can book a free swim assessment with us to help you decide which program suits your child best!
Most families attend once per week to maintain steady progress and skill development.
A swimsuit, towel, and reusable swim diaper (if your child is not potty-trained) are all you’ll need—we handle the rest!
Every child progresses at their own pace, but consistent attendance helps children build foundational skills within a few months.
We focus on floating, breath control, safe water entry and exit, and basic propulsion to establish strong safety fundamentals.
