When they say that their customer service is top tier, they mean it! Today, I forgot my son’s towel and I felt so guilty! I’m a teacher and it’s the first week of school- I’m exhausted! I approached the front desk to try to buy a towel. Riley, an employee at Goldfish who has helped me before, let me borrow her towel. It was a kindness that I needed today. Like I said she’s always helpful, but this was above and beyond, because they sell them. She could’ve asked me to purchase one. Kindness is free everyone and Goldfish Swim School is where it’s at!

Ms Deedee the AGM is super amazing, welcoming and so kind . She helped personally in setting up and getting started process and registration and she was so thoughtful to make sure that we are comfortable in the swim school setting. The front desk lady Ms Katie is so wonderful and so helpful always having nice sweet smile and ready to help. The teacher Ms Sidney is so professional, kind, and gives personal attention to her students. She is my child’s favorite teacher. I recommend this place a 💯 I’m so glad we are a part of this school.

Had a great experience. Needed my kids to have beginner lessons and they improved so much in a couple of months. Staff is nice. Coaches in the pool with the kids are polite to me and good with the kids. My daughters loved coming for their lessons each week. Facility is clean. Would recommend to anyone.

My daughter started out at Big Blue, moved to the YMCA for private lessons, and now we’re at Goldfish. Of all three, she has progressed the most at Goldfish. We cannot be happier with this swim school.

Our experience with the instructors was great. The management however will grrab as much money as they can unless you "give them a suitable notice" regardless of how many classes you miss (and have already paid them for no reason).

Overall rating a 2 and would not recommend. Details below: Swim Lesson Quality: 1 (No continuity in coaches; always changing coaches; 4 kids per class in (including getting previous and new class out of pool) 30 minutes means 5 minutes of swim time each class). Read google reviews as this is common complaint among others. Facility Cleaniness: 10 Customer Service: 5 (Ok in beginning; flexibility to use private lessons as make up class very disappointing)
