Leave a ReviewGoldfish is okay... my daughter loves swimming and had fun with the classes but its way overpriced ($30 for a 30 min class) and everything feels rushed. We much prefer The Natatorium in Cuyahoga Falls. Only reason we ended up here is because Goldfish offered class times that worked better with my schedule. We did about 6 classes, and I was over it so we canceled. Be aware of their cancelation policy. You have to give them 30 days notice... ridiculous
anyway I will be using PTO just so we can go back to The Nat. If you have a membership or you're a resident of CF it's $54 for 6 classes, slightly more if youre not. P.S. Goldfish also doesn't have actual showers. They only have a place to rinse off at in the open pool area. Super disappointing that we weren't able to take a real shower there after swimming given how pricey it is.

I dont leave alot of reviews but i feel compelled to after so many negative experiences my friends and family have had. Firstly...The turnover in this place is insane. Don't expect the teacher that your kid falls in love with to be around long because it's only a matter of time before they quit. (Look at employee review sites like "glassdoor" on this place if you don't believe me.) The owner Kristin treats her employees like garbage. She ignores issues when they are brought to her attention and allows subpar teaching and bullying amongst her staff. I recommended them like crazy because they were local, and I have never been so embarrassed that I did. So in conclusion, If you are looking for CORRECT swimming techniques taught by professional and experienced swimmers and not random high-school and college kids who could care less, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

I donot recommend gold fish swimming for your kids. Staffs are good but the company itself with policies are wired. There are other several swimming classes done like , yamc , natatrium Cf, Akron general hospitals swimming and all these are worth with time and money Let’s compare Gold fish 30 mins $30 per class See now others are cheaper and pro than gold fish. Cleveland clinic : 30 mins $80 ( month) 4 weeks Yamc 6 weeks $70 (6 weeks ) Natatorium: way cheaper and many water slides and water fun park inside for kids . Even they take care of child during your facility uses. Sorry guys, I really don’t know just to pretend ok with others, I have seen sacral comments in the comment section but the comments are on pressure. Feel free to review . It’s your right. This is all gold fish is getting because of the phone conversation that they did with me last two months ago. Thank you .

I took my kid to swim class and they’re a nervous swimmer and the swim instructor Emma Brand threw my kid into the water instead of helping them swim. This really irked me the wrong way and it didn’t make me feel comfortable sending my kid back to this swim school. I don’t believe they should be staffing someone like this that handles kids without any care or concern for their well being and I will NOT be bringing my kid back to this swim school.

They have a very bad cancellation policy. I requested a cancellation of the classes for my son because of after school activities, they did not . All they want is money, money. I have no choice . My son cannot attend the classes any more and they charge the full amount. At least they should have consider some. I totally do not recommend the Gold fish. There are many more swim schools in the area , which are cheap and worth it . Gold fish is not worth at all for paying $30 for 30 minutes classes.

Not worth paying $30 for 20 mins classes. They say it’s 30 minutes but they call out 5 minutes early and let in 5 minutes later. They are crazy of making money which they need 30 days advance notice for cancellation. Nobody is prepared 30 days in advance what will happen next. My son won’t be available due to school activities but goldfish told me they need 30 days notice. He cannot attend the classes. They are ruling my money . I will call my bank to hold the amount that they took in their pocket which they charged me for not attending classes. I have officially wrote an email before the month ends but they did not care about it at all. MY RECOMMENDATION PLEASE FIND AND JOIN OTHER RESOURCES RATHER THAN GOLDFISH.
