Very disappointed going in our 2nd month here. In the one month we have been here the pool has closed twice for various reasons causing a wasted drive and effort to the school. There are makeups but twice in one month is just too many. There is no consistency to where my child can actually learn with random various instructors as well. A lady sitting beside us said the school shuts down all the time like this. Just a warning for future potential parents We will finish out our 2nd month and look elsewhere.

Cancelled and pulled both of my kids. If your kids cannot swim, not a bad program. But if they are learning, expect slow progress while each class manages to the least capable swimmer in the group. And when the instructor tells your child that he will change classes three times in a row, and your 4 year old gets disappointed - well then you lose my business.

My son was unable to continue the classes due to severe emotional distress. Despite multiple attempts, he could not attend without crying. I informed the team of this situation and requested the cancellation and a full refund, as payments are deducted automatically. To my surprise, no refund was issued. This is completely unacceptable and feels like theft, considering the service was never used. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of response and action on the management. I demand an immediate refund of the amount charged and written confirmation that no further automatic payments will be processed.

Horrible organization and scheduling. Always short on classes and if you miss a class, good luck finding time for make-up session. They are unkind and absolutely not accommodating! My daughter loves her teacher and my wife has been trying to have my daughter stick with that particular teacher, and they are making it a nightmare. It’s been going on for the past 2 months! They show you the world on your trial but when you sign up, you will see how unorganized and Unaccommodating they are! My daughter has 6 make up sessions and they are making it HELL for us to have her classes with her teacher. I am not sure if it is only my daughter or their issue is something else! They are terrible with follow ups. The entire operation lacks empathy, organization, and they always have staffing/spot issues!
