We’ve been coming here for a couple years on and off and have had a great experience. I love this location specifically because of the staff and cleanliness. We tried Naperville’s location and it was much different. The teachers have been so great with my toddler and she’s been making amazing progress and we can tell because we have a pool at home too. It's a very good place, everyone is very friendly, the only thing they need is someone who speaks Spanish or at least takes out their phone to translate, it would be easier! Everything is social and the place is very clean.

Good instructors. Management is nice. Overall a clean facility. Seems there’s a lot of turnover as instructors aren’t consistent, you often get a different instructor who may not be familiar with your child. Showers can have cold water often times, even on winter days. Lack of communication - they won’t post that the facility is closed on their social media and no emails received about it either, and they don’t always answer the phones even when they’re open. Not the best availability for makeup sessions. We’ve been coming here for years so just waiting for my kid to “graduate”.

There are some good instructors here. However, the problem is consistency. Half the time our instructor isn’t there. Then either the class is just cancelled last minute or we get a sub that usually has no idea what they are doing. We’ve had our class cancelled 3 times in the past few months. We’ve had lifeguards filling in for coaches. We have 3 swimmers for each of my 3 year old son’s classes and only 1 is being taught at a time. So basically I’m paying for a 10 minute swim lesson and our regular teacher doesn’t even show up half the time. For infants Goldfish is nice because the water is kept very warm. For everyone older save your money and go somewhere else.

There use to be two turtles here but, one had extreme swelling and hopefully was taken to a vet. The dock is never properly attached so this poor fellow must swim 24/7. Inadequate housing - poor water flow- no where at all to dry out and bask. Numerous complaints to the establishment personnel and nothing ever changes. ANIMAL ABUSE/ Neglect. Try swim advantage they don’t torture turtles.
