The lady in reception is so warm and kind.I think she love this job,I'm happy have been there. And the coach is professional and energetic! All things around people is perfect,that reflect your company has good management But the facility needs improvement,lack of private shower room. Maybe you can adjust price strath and improve facilities.

Arrived 10 minutes early, for my kids first lesson, and I checked in at the front for my appointment. We were waiting for our group to get called as the previous group was still taking lessons. When the previous group ended my kid's name was called and there was an instructor saying my kid did a great job even though we haven't gone up yet. This really concerned me for my kids safety as well as others. There seems to be a lack of keeping track of the kids coming in and out. Update: I went through with my group. As I watched from the watching area they kept switching my kid's lane and instructor 3 times. The check-in person told me that after they finished they will talk to me about his progress plus the previous incident. After my kid finished with his lesson I waited 15+ minutes to hear from someone that the check-in person told me about. I let the check-in person know that no one spoke to me and I left.

From the moment we stepped foot into Burlington's Goldfish Swim School's location for a New Member night, my daughter has absolutely LOVED her experience here. From the kindness that all staff members show, to their expertise in teaching water safety and swimming skills, we are forever grateful for their work on behalf of our family. Our daughter would truly go to Goldfish every night if she could! She has really developed her ability to swim, increased her confidence in the water, and most importantly- she has had so much fun doing it at your location! Thank you for everything!

My son loves his swim classes here! While we started for water safety we are so happy he enjoys every class. The teachers are so excited & supportive of his learning & he has made so many great friends. Definitely recommend Goldfish for your young kids to learn how to swim!
