I'm extremely disappointed with Goldfish. The owner repeatedly advertises open swim times, only to have them canceled last minute or not available at all. This is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I've been a loyal customer at another Goldfish location that consistently offers weekly open swim sessions. The inconsistency and lack of reliability at this location are a stark contrast. It's disheartening to see such a basic service be so poorly managed. I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider their choice of swim school and look for a facility that honors its commitments and provides the services it advertises.
