Our experience with Goldfish has been awesome . I can’t say enough good things about how easy and effective it has been for our girls. What I really appreciate as a mom and someone that works full time is the ease of continuing lessons without registration deadlines and impossible scheduling . We signed our daughters up, they just kept moving through the program until they could swim independently. I recommend Goldfish to anyone with kids that need to learn to swim.

Alright gotta say, I was impressed! We've been debating where to put our four year old son into swim lessons, and had heard a handful of good recs about Goldfish so decided to give it a go- so glad we did! We booked a trial class via text communication with the Bayshore location. They were extremely helpful and responsive. My son and I arrived about 10 minutes prior to his class starting and were quickly greeted by the friendly guy at the front desk. He got us checked in and gave us a quick tour. I was really impressed by the facilities! Super clean, very colorful and welcoming for the kiddos, plenty of changing rooms, an area with hair dryers and suit dryers, lots of private bathrooms, and a big ol' fish tank. The center of the building is a wall of glass looking into the pool area, with plenty of seating for parents to watch. The instructor was so sweet and welcoming to my son! Immediately made him feel comfortable. Was both playful and safe. For reference, my son has been in water many times with floaties, but this was his first time officially taking lessons. It was the first time he really put his face under comfortably, blew bubbles, and spent time kicking. I was so impressed by the overall experience, and even more importantly, my son left excited to complete his first class. Needless to say, I booked him in for weekly classes to progress over time. The cost is $28/class, and it's generally 4x/month. It sounds like there are anywhere from 1-4 kids per class. I love their progression plan on moving up and graduating each skill level. Eager to see how the next few classes go!

Classes started off strong but as I started to get concerned about the lack of advancement, the team stepped in with some one on one time which helped my son feel more comfortable and helped the team understand my son needs to be challenged and now he's making incredible strides with every class. We are so happy with the team at Goldfish.

Both of my kids (7 and 8 years old) couldn’t swim a bit and now can, with good form, after 3 weeks of lessons. The pool is kept at a warm 92 degrees Fahrenheit, so no one shivers. The entire facility is well maintained and clean. The blow dryers, swimsuit dryers, and private dressing rooms are a nice touch. Open swim if offered for $5 per kid (one adult for each kid at no extra charge) for an hour on Sunday. Two lifeguards on duty during open swim. Swim classes involve 4 kids of similar ability per instructor.

My 3 yr son has been having a great time at Goldfish Swim at Bayshore. The staff is great and very patient. The facilities are always clean. My son looks forward to his lessons every week.
