I have had my child enrolled at the Astoria location for over a year. Initially, I was skeptical due to frequent changes in instructors, large group sizes that made it difficult for my child to receive quality lessons, and overall disorganization. However, everything changed when we met the new manager, Mona, during one of our lessons. Mona immediately stood out with her helpfulness, care, and dedication to ensuring my child had a great experience. Her leadership brought much-needed stability to the location, and I noticed a significant improvement in the overall environment. Because of her, I referred many families to the program, and they also shared positive feedback about their experiences, crediting Mona. Unfortunately, I recently learned that Mona was fired, which I believe was a premature and unfair decision. Employees like her are vital to the success of businesses, and her dismissal risks undoing all the progress she achieved. I have already reached out to corporate regarding this decision but have not received a response. Many families I referred have decided to withdraw their children at the end of the month because of this, and I plan to inform the broader community about what has happened unless this decision is reconsidered. As someone with significant influence in this tight-knit community, I feel it’s important that families are aware of how such actions impact the quality of the program.

Just harassment... I receive weekly phone calls and emails despite unsubscribing and requesting multiple times to not benreceive communications. Just very annoying.

I noticed that the water in the pool is cloudy and dirty, there are bandages on the bottom, I think it is an environment of bacteria and fungi, poor sanitary conditions
