Great facility with an excellent staff. They pay attention to details like having a space for kids to play while waiting, comfortable chairs, and soap at the showers. The facility is clean and cheery with fun ocean prints and decor. My kiddo is transitioning from baby to sans parent and the staff is amazing with helping her feel safe and loved. My kid loved the monthly goldfish toy and is still talking about swim class. They follow a curriculum like other schools and I could see the other kids progressing in class. Very excited for the new swim school! I'd love to see an option for additional drop in classes if there is space, but otherwise love it.

It's an okay place. I think my son is not getting the most out of the classes because the classes are stuffed with 4 kids in one lane to one teacher trying to wrangle all of them. There is always high turnover in instructors so the teaching always changes week to week. You can see they have guidelines to each class for instructors but the teaching still varies every week because some teachers let kids figure it out on their own while others will literally hold on to the child the whole time. It's not a cheap place so you would think there would be more value but that's not the case.

I accidentally walked by the break room after dropping off my littles and I get your employees need some relief, but I do not feel comfortable leaving kids with instructors who VAPE while on the clock! At my work we take it outside in the parking lot. Why are they vaping and cursing when kids are literally 10 feet away. I get it but I feel disgusted!!!!!!

Called to inquire about personal/semi personal lessons in which the associate confirmed was offered at location. After a brief hold I was told management did not have the pricing available and will be working and finishing up pricing as they did not have it at that time. Also was told management would take my name and number to call back shortly. I never received a call back so I called again the next day and was told the same story about management working on pricing. 4 weeks later still no call back. I was so excited for my little one. I'm guessing management is still working on pricing. I would not recommend this location.

We had a lesson scheduled for my 20 month old son who was so excited and we drove over an hour and a half from out of town for it. My husband even took off work to be there for his first lesson. When we arrived we were not greeted at the door, and 6 staff members all were just sitting behind 2 computers. I told them we were there for our class to which they said they didn’t have us on the schedule. I even had a text message from them with the exact date and time, which was then. A girl admitted it must have been her fault to the other employee. They seriously lacked compassion and communication. My poor little guy was so upset as we had been talking about it all week and the whole drive down. Very disappointing experience. You would think with that many employees, by the way the entire pool only had one child and one coach in it, someone could have got him in especially when it was their fault.
