Our Glider swim class lasts 30 minutes and is limited to four kids per session. Beginners will focus on water safety and basic skills, while intermediate students will work on freestyle/front crawl and building their distance. No experience is needed to register your child for any of these lessons. Our beginner swim lessons focus on building confidence and water safety skills, such as putting their face in the water, submerging, holding their breath, rolling over, and back floating. By taking time to establish the basic skills needed each child improves their stamina and strength in the pool.
