One of the incredible teams we have is our team of Marketing Consultants.

Led by Marketing Director Alex Setchell, our marketing consultants play a key role in supporting franchisees at every stage of their journey. From the moment a new franchisee signs their franchise agreement, through the opening process, and throughout the day-to-day operations, year in and year out, the marketing consultants are there to guide and support. They train franchisees on each of our brand’s marketing platforms and programs, share actionable best practices, and provide tailored recommendations that help schools elevate their local marketing efforts.

Not only that, but the marketing consultants become a go-to resource for franchisees to ask questions and get everything they need to succeed and grow in their territories. The ladies that make up this team are great at their jobs and are dedicated to helping drive success for each and every one of our franchisees. Alex was previously a marketing consultant herself, and now has the opportunity to lead the team, after being a part of our brand since 2016. When she joined our team nearly 9 years ago, she was drawn to our team and our mission, and knew she had found the right place to further her career after her first interview! Now, she is excited to come to work every day to work with franchisees and see her and her team’s efforts directly contribute to their successes. And, more importantly, seeing the lasting impact each school has on their community.
